Facility and Administration

Our Center

Exceeding all regulations, Future Assets incorporates important safety features such as a complete emergency alarm, a security card access system, and a sprinkler system. The school is located minutes from the fire department.

The center is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized each evening after closing.

Our grounds and facility are maintained by carefully selected professional contractors.

Our Administration

Our administration is supported by a Director of Operations, an Operations Manager, and a Program Director. Each administrative individual brings expansive knowledge to Future Assets. This combination of expertise results in providing an ongoing quality operation.

Marjan Fariba

Marjan On Phone

Founder, Proprietor, and Director of Operations

The responsibilities of the Director of Operations include all business operations, being a child advocate activist, and public relations.

Marjan holds a degree in Public Relations and Marketing from San Jose State University. She completed a child development internship and training at Stanford University. She was fortunate to be able to study under Magda Gerber, the founding director of Resources for Infant Educarers (RIE).

Future Assets has been providing high quality childcare to the community since 1990. The center was founded and created by Marjan and her husband, Kamiar. When Marjan and Kamiar decided to start a family, they immediately began an exhaustive search for top quality childcare. When they were not able to find what they were looking for, they created Future Assets.

In addition to devoting herself to Future Assets, Marjan dedicates herself to children in the community by her work in various other capacities. She serves as the childcare coordinator for the City of Saratoga, as a board member of the Saratoga-Los Gatos Parks and Recreation Committee and Saratoga-Redwood Middle School Task Force, and is a member of the San Jose Childcare Commission. Marjan was also the Graduation Keynote Speaker for San Jose State University's Child and Adolescent Class of 2002.

Operations Manager

The Operations Manager oversees the daily operations of the center including, but not limited to, staff, children's records, new registrations, and tuitions.

Program Director

The Program Director supports the school philosophy by maintaining a quality program through supervising and training staff, reviewing curricula, observing children, providing parent workshops, and supporting teachers and parents in various capacities.
